Abstract
The drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor with output LC filter (LC-PMSM) forms a LCL resonant network, which leads to control difficultly and stabilize poorly. The existing control methods are quite complex in terms of control structure and parameter tuning, making implementation difficult. To address these issues, this paper proposes a low-complexity dual-vector predictive current control (DV-PCC) strategy for an LC-filtered permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The proposed DV-PCC strategy effectively reduces computational complexity and enhances the steady-state performance compared to traditional single-vector PCC methods. The feasibility and effectiveness of the DV-PCC strategy were verified through simulation.
