Abstract
    Focuses on the actual requirements of die casting molds under high-temperature conditions, based on a new design concept of high-entropy alloys, with CoCrFeNi as the core element, optimizes and develops a high-entropy alloy material that performs excellently in high-temperature environments. Through laser cladding technology, this high-entropy alloy coating is prepared on the surface of H13 hot work die stee, and the effect of the laser cladding preparation process on the quality of the high-entropy alloy coating is studied. At the same time, by adding WC reinforcement phase, a high-entropy alloy/WC composite coating is prepared. The high-temperature wear mechanism of the high-entropy alloy composite coating is discussed in depth, and according to the service conditions of integrated die casting molds, the corrosion behavior of the high-entropy alloy composite coating in high-temperature aluminum liquid environments is studied.
