Abstract
染色质如何在细胞核内有序折叠是细胞发挥功能的基础。拓扑结构域（TAD）作为基础结构，精确识别该结构特征是解析三维基因组结构的关键。本次报告介绍了一种基于人机交互的TAD鉴定模式，该模式利用主动学习和人工特征提取，实现了TAD结构的精确鉴定。
