Abstract
The observation of butterflies has always been an important link in the field of bionic aircraft design and research and development. This paper designs a binocular vision sensoring system based on single-camera specular reflection. This design ensures high reflectivity and no ghosting or distortion of the image, while also simplifying the design of the reflective light path. We perform single-object calibration on the camera to obtain the internal parameter matrix and distortion coefficient of the single camera. It is a single-camera virtual binocular sensoring vision sensoring system based on reflection, subsequent binocular determination only needs to obtain the rotation matrix and translation vector. The intrinsic parameter matrix and distortion coefficient of the binocular camera should be the parameters of the single camera. We use the rotation matrix and translation vector to perform stereo correction and triangulation to obtain the three-dimensional information of the two-dimensional point, and To verify the results, the error is required to be less than 0.1mm. The design is verified by experiment.
