Abstract
To address the challenge of effective condition monitoring of shielded pumps in the water cooling system of the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) target station under high radiation environments, this paper develops an intelligent fault diagnosis system based on multi-parameter fusion. The system integrates vibration sensors and current sensors to achieve multi-parameter monitoring, and establishes an integrated monitoring platform incorporating hardware system, software analysis, and database management. The system employs a threshold-based condition assessment method to realize real-time monitoring and fault warning, transforming the passive maintenance mode into a predictive maintenance strategy by replacing traditional offline inspection with online continuous monitoring. This system not only provides technical assurance for the safe and stable operation of the CSNS target station water cooling system, but also serves as a practical platform for health monitoring and fault diagnosis research of high-reliability equipment, demonstrating significant engineering application value.
