Abstract
在工业应用中,单源数据不足以全面表征设备的复杂状态,这使得基于多源数据的故障诊断成为人们越来越关注的领域。然而,实际实施往往受到融合多源异构数据的挑战以及数据稀缺导致的样本不平衡的阻碍。为了解决这些问题,本文提出了一种针对工业诊断场景的小波增强和多源融合不平衡感知双分支网络(WAFID)。具体来说,引入了一种针对多源异构数据的双融合策略,结合了基于小波的随机增强(WSE)模块,该模块构建了双时域和统计样本特征,以实现数据级融合。此外,设计了一个双分支网络,由时域特征感知1D-ResNet和统计特征推理BiLSTM-Attention分支组成,实现了特征级别的靶向提取和融合。此外,提出了一种动态非线性衰减类加权损失函数(DNDWLoss),实现了两阶段权重调整策略,在早期训练阶段关注少数类,在后期阶段平衡所有类,从而缓解样本不平衡。在各种不平衡条件下,对并联齿轮箱测试台PG数据集和实际工业压缩机运行ICO数据集的大量实验表明,WAFID优于现有的先进方法,验证了其在预期任务场景下的有效性。
