Abstract
This study presents an innovative DC-DC converter solution employing modular full-bridge soft-switching technology, specifically designed to meet the power supply demands of medium-low speed maglev trains. The proposed solution features an active secondary-clamped ZVZCS-PWM topology that successfully achieves zero-voltage switching (ZVS) in leading bridge arms and zero-current switching (ZCS) in lagging bridge arms, delivering significant reductions in switching losses while effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference. Through optimized integration of EMI filters, high-frequency transformers, and LLC resonant structures - combined with a three-module parallel architecture and maximum current auto-balancing algorithm - the solution not only ensures balanced thermal load distribution but also enhances system current-sharing performance. Simulation results from the Simulink platform demonstrate that the system exhibits: (1) superior soft-switching characteristics, (2) exceptional load-step recovery capability, and (3) optimal current-sharing performance. These findings comprehensively validate the solution's practical value in improving both operational efficiency and reliability for maglev train power supply systems.
