Abstract
This paper investigates power optimization of floating offshore wind farms by jointly considering wake effects and speed exclusion zone (SEZ) constraints. An Improved Genetic Algorithm based on Crowding Distance strategy (IGA-CD) is proposed to achieve cooperative optimization of yaw angle and rotor speed, while further examining the influence of SEZs on power optimization. Case studies demonstrate that the proposed method enhances overall power output while ensuring structural safety and operational stability, and also reveal characteristic patterns under different SEZ conditions.
