Abstract
Meteorological disasters pose significant challenges to power grid operations, necessitating risk mitigation measures. This paper proposes a pre-disaster scheduling and in-disaster emergency scheduling strategy considering electric vehicles (EVs) under compound disasters. First, the fault probability is calculated based on an abnormal model of typhoons and rainstorm impacts on grid equipment, and an uncertain fault set is generated using time-varying entropy intervals. Second, a two-stage model is developed: the first stage involves pre-disaster scheduling of EVs, and the second stage involves emergency scheduling of thermal power, wind power, electrochemical energy storage, and EVs. A robust optimization approach is used to derive the resilience enhancement strategy. Finally, case study results from the IEEE 14-bus system show that the proposed strategy reduces total costs by 3.58% compared to scenarios without EVs, and by 5.98% compared to the deterministic strategy, significantly enhancing system resilience under compound disasters.
