24th Asia TEFL International Conference 2026

Dear Presenters,

We are writing to provide important information regarding the setup schedule for your poster presentations at AsiaTEFL 2026.

To ensure a smooth preparation and avoid overcrowding at the venue, please paste your posters during the following designated time slots:

1. Preferred Time: May 28th, 16:00 - 19:00
2. Alternative Time: May 29th, 07:30 - 08:30

We highly encourage you to set up your posters on May 28th. Please do not swarm to the morning slot on May 29th unless you absolutely cannot make it on the 28th, as the exhibition area will be highly crowded.

For the best presentation experience, we kindly ask that you complete your setup before the exhibition officially begins. Setting up during the active session can be difficult due to the crowd, and our staff may be fully occupied and unable to assist you promptly.
