Abstract
The K-absorption edge is an important tool for probing the electronic structure of warm dense matter and can be used to study its ionization and radiation properties. In this work, we systematically calculated K absorption spectrum of warm dense aluminum (Al) and silicon dioxide (SiO₂) based on first-principles methods.
