Graph Guided DCT Reconstruction for Multichannel Vibration Signals

Abstract
针对多通道振动测量中由随机样本丢失、连续缺失样本、传感器丢包、脉冲异常值和加性噪声等因素导致的故障特征退化问题,本文提出了一种基于通道和频带图的多通道离散余弦变换重构方法,简称CBG-DCT。该方法将图中的每个节点定义为一个通道和一个DCT频带的组合。构建联合通道和频带图来描述通道间相关性和频带邻接关系。然后,通过归一化图拉普拉斯低通滤波获得通道特定的频带先验。利用该先验初始化多轮残差驱动的组正交匹配(OMP)算法,生成图引导的公共候选信号。同时,分别基于原始通道间能量和各通道能量构建常规公共候选信号和通道特定候选信号。利用可靠观测值的留出误差确定这三个候选信号的融合权重。最后,采用条件数检验、岭回归和重叠相加合成等方法,实现受损多通道信号的稳定重构。在轻度、中度和重度三种复合数据损坏场景下,CBG-DCT方法在XJTU-SY数据集上将总体RMSE相对于损坏观测值降低了49.7%,在HUST数据集上降低了55.1%。相应的包络谱保留率分别达到0.954和0.965。这些结果表明,所提出的方法能够在保留包络谱特征的同时降低重建误差。
