Analysis And Application Of Informatization Investment Benefit For Power Grid Enterprise Based On The Share Proportion Theory

The construction scale of Power Grid Informatization has expanded rapidly during past decades. It’s urgent to scientific and reasonable evaluate the benefit of Informatization, thus to guide and control the follow Informatization investment. Combined with the characteristics of Power Grid Enterprise, this paper established an Index System and an Evaluation Model for Informatization investment benefit based on Share Proportion Theory, aimed to evaluate the economic benefit and social benefit which brought by Informatization investment. Achievements in this paper has been applied in one Power Grid Enterprise. Application results show that Enterprise Informatization investment benefit has been evaluated quantitatively and corresponding investment suggestions have been provided reasonably.
