This paper begins for self-similar concepts and a variety of self-similar traffic model to conduct a comprehensive analysis and summary. Second choice fractal shaper typically self-similar model and statistical model FBM statistical estimate bandwidth requirements for the statistical properties of FBM model, the statistical network calculus and the theory of effective bandwidth combine propose a more suitable self-similar traffic statistics bandwidth model estimation.
