Cost Climate Survey Scale in Construction：development and Empirical Research

To develop the cost climate survey scale(CCSS) that construction industry facilitate using, the
design ideas,principles and steps of CCSS are proposed,and a 7 dimension frames including 42 levels for cost climate is preliminarily determined.After open-ended questionnaires and expert interviews preliminarily determined 314 items contents and after categorized merger and pre-test analysis,compiled 16 CCSS survey scale items. In order to verify validity of the scale,testing 200 sample employees in Qinhuangdao construction companies,then use SPSS21.0 analysis the reliability,validity and reasonableness of divided level,and use AMOS22analysis model fit.The CCSS is considered to be an effective tool for cost climate research in construction due to its originality and interactivity,which fills a blank about cost climate in construction.
