Empirical Research on Progress Climate Survey in Construction Site

Abstract:Companies complete the project in advance on the basis of all employees put into
schedule,and good progress climate has a positive role in guiding business excellence
production.To further explore the mechanism of the progress climate of construction enterprise
influence on employee behavior, developed a progress climate scale which contains 20 questions
and conducted a survey about a construction site in Qinhuangdao. Then use SPSS21.0 and
AMOS22 analysis the reliability,validity and reasonableness of divided level,and verify validity of
the scale.Finally,authors assess the current situation of progress climate in this construction
site,and point out the deficiencies of progress culture in the site.Studies have shown that progress
knowledge training has a significant positive effect on the cognition of progress climate,and
the accumulation of working experience has a dual impact on workers’ perception of progress
climate.
