GIS and Gray Decision Used in Emergency Shelter Locations

In view of the city to avoid disaster reduction emergency shelter site selection in the process of multi-objective decision making problems, in the GIS platform, combined with gray theory was introduced in multi-target weighted gray target decision and entropy weight method of emergency shelter site selection model. By vector analysis and network analysis function of GIS, the extraction of geographic data for refuge data, the urban population and urban road network data, build shelter information database. From the effectiveness of the shelter, accessibility and safety point of view to build emergency shelter site selection evaluation index system. In Quanzhou as an example, the main data for emergency shelter site selection model, solving the results can offer reference for the actual emergency shelter site selection.
