Key Technology of Servo Quick Test Based on Wavelets Packets Transform

A new method using band-pass filter and wavelet packet transformation de-noising and then using FFT analysis to get frequency characteristic test is described in servo mechanism test. And comparison between correlation analysis method and the new method is carried out. The research shows that this method is better for frequency characteristic test in improving testing speed with suitable precision. What’s more, the anti-interference ability of the system is improved verified by simulation.
