Simulation Research on Redundant Mechanism of Dual CAN Bus

In order to improve the reliability of CAN network, in this paper, the mechanism of double CAN bus redundant transmission is adopted. A redundant CAN bus network model is built by using MATLAB/SimEvents toolbox. And the redundant management algorithm is designed to deal with redundant messages in the network. Simulation results show that the algorithm is accurate and reliable, the redundant system model can meet the design requirements.
