Government r&d subsidy has important influence on enterprise’s innovation performance . Based on high-tech industries , this article discussed weather the government r&d subsidy has positive effect on enterprises’ innovation performance and discovers it did . However , such effects varied from cities or provinces for the reason that such effects were determined by the industry technical level .
