Modelling on the Relationship between Innovation Performance and Knowledge Redundancy of Knowledge Enterprises

On the basis of the Redundancy Theory, this article clears the content of knowledge redundancy, and verifies that knowledge redundancy have an important effect on the innovation of knowledge enterprises. At their premises, Emphasis is placed on the construction of a concept model and the description for how knowledge redundancy affects knowledge enterprises innovation with panel data regression analysis method. Our proposed model is verified through experimental study. By quantitative analysis this paper exploits the specific factors affecting its process. While in the analysis of its mechanism, the paper raises the issue of future research directions.
