Since the birth of Internet banking, people have continuously expanded and exploited the industry and gradually get to know it. Now, the Internet finance has penetrated into people's lives. The development and growth of a new industry will inevitably impact on traditional industries .Therefore, this paper first sets out the development status of Internet finance, summarizes its advantages and existing problems. And then it analyzes the influence that Internet finance would have on traditional monetary. In the end, it put some suggestions on the future development of the Internet finance.
