Quality cost framework based on two dimensions from lifecycle cost (LCC) and cost of quality (COQ) perspective）

In order to identify the economics of product quality, this paper proposed a novel two dimensional quality cost framework (QCF) based on lifecycle process and PAF category. The cost item formulas are developed with implementation of continuous quality improvement practices (CQIP) in auto factory. The two-dimensional QCF helps managers to identify the specific P-A-F costs, but also the cost expenditure of each department.
