Abstract: Plastic products toward "light, thin, short, small" in the direction of the development, thin-wall injection molding technology has gradually become the key technology of the factory. Compared with conventional injection molding, thin-wall injection molding have higher request for injection molding machine and mold. Due to the difficulty of forming, the problem such as breach，flash , weld line, Warping deformation is inevitable.In this paper, the orthogonal test is used to get the best combination of process parameters, and then guide the practical production.
