According to the problems which emerge on the equipment condition monitoring of electric power system in our country at present, we propose a general system framework face to visual modeling of information device for electric power company, expounds emphatically about development about the visual modeling of the information device in electric company, and graph Presentation system based on the Web. Meanwhile, combining working state of equipment、running environment and equipment reliability, using the modern interior point method，optimizing data operation on the server side, improving data processing rate of the electric device’s visual modeling system, and ultimately realize the innovation on the visual modeling tool of information device and data collection proxy service.
