The impeller system of the turbo machinery is typical nonlinear multi-oscillators system. The vibration of each module in the system is coupling, including fluid-solid coupling of the blade. The Vibration signals are analyzed by using correlation dimension under five working conditions, and the result indicates that the trend of curves of correlation dimension is the same. This is to say, the character of variation singals’ integral structure is mutual correlation and embodiment. It proves that it is feasible to monitor the working state of turbo machinery by using the coupling vibration signals.
