Taking an electric vehicle air conditioning system as the research object, the control system of the electric air conditioning system is studied and it’s optimized by Fuzzy-PID composite control. The model of the electric air conditioning module is modeled and loaded to ADVISOR for secondary development. The simulation experiment is carried out about the effect of the air conditioning system on the performance of the vehicle under different driving conditions .The results show that the air conditioning system simulation model established in this paper can be more accurately simulate the air conditioning system. Secondary development ADVISOR can improve the simulation accuracy of the vehicle system. Compared with the traditional switch control method, the Fuzzy-PID composite control method is significantly improved, the hysteresis is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced by more than 7%, and the mileage of the whole vehicle is increased by more than 6%.
