Government of India has provided Aadhaar as Unique Identification Number for citizens of India. BEL has manufactured Secure Terminal devices to provide various services. These services require online authentication and e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) for the residents. This paper covers secure application development & deployment on BE-MATM device for online authentication & e-KYC using Aadhaar numbers & Biometric data based on standards provided by UIDAI. This paper further explains the secure methodology in which the Aadhaar online Authentication and e-KYC is performed.
