The Paper is Based on Bowtie-shaped fractal antenna
and design is analyzed in the frequency range of 1.1-1.8 THz used for Terahertz (THZ) applications. Meta-material based bowtie shaped fractal antenna simulated at solution frequency 1.54 THz for frequency range of 1.1-1.8 THz. In Fact, a meta material-inspired structure is used along with ground plane to enhance overall performance of the design. The performance analysis is carried out at different THZ frequencies taking into account of the results of like return loss, VSWR, gain and radiation pattern of proposed Antenna. The simulated results signify that the designed antenna shows multiband in nature. The maximum gain of 7.06 dB and return loss of -29.49 dB are achieved at 1.56 THz and 1.67 THz respectively. HFSS simulation software is used for simulation of the design.
