It can be used to get the characteristics quality information of jujube such as texture, shape, and sugar quickly. there is a very important thing to Select suitable wavelet parameters with optical filter to extract the most differences between image features, First, to design the matched filter of spectrogram processing and character recognition with matlab. Second, with the technique of Angle multiplexing. to record the quality characteristic information of jujube in photorefractive crystal in turn. so the quality characteristics matching database of jujube was record in a photorefractive crystal .the related Pattern recognition is usually performed based on the features matching of jujube’s image, The recognition result can be obtained by processing the optimized signal with computer and judging the similarity of two given images.
