Abstract: The existing vehicles is only focused on one control strategy which cannot provide us satisfaction in break pressure. This paper consists of an integrated control strategy which is more affected for break mechanism and have batter output the other traditional controller. A novel 3-dimensional dynamic stability controller which is directly affected on break pressure present in this paper. A new system is developed to find the limitation and generate the future and real-time estimation of a vehicle instantaneous maneuvering. There are main three section of the controller, MPC can predict the states of the vehicle in future and give us feedback and performance is better than other traditional controller. MPC is used in upper control to calculate the desired forces for the lower controller, the lower controller is used to achieved the desired force come from upper controller. The lower consist have two sub-controllers, the sub-controllers work as integrated control strategy. These all techniques combined apply to solve out the maneuvering manifold while using the viable techniques to account the dynamic stability which is directly affects to break pressure. There are many algorithms used and implemented in Matlab, all result shown to prove the validity of these novel techniques and effective for break pressure.
