A Pine Tree shaped CPW-Fed Monopole Antenna for wireless and satellite applications

A coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed pine tree shaped monopole antenna is proposed. The size of the antenna is 30201.6mm3. The proposed antenna has wide applications in wireless communication, military operations, satellite and some space operations. The bandwidth obtained is 1.07 GHz (1.9 ~ 2.97GHz) in the lower frequency range which is 48.63% and in the higher frequency range we have a bandwidth of 3.36GHz (6.53 ~ 9.89GHz) which is 35.36%. The resonating frequencies are 2.2GHz and 9.5GHz with gain 17.11dB and 8.04dB respectively.
