Wireless sensor Network may be a major and
extremely attention grabbing technology utilized in numerous
applications like monitoring the inaccessible conditions in a
very specific space. every detector node consists of A battery,
transmitter, receiver and a processor. exchange or recharging
the battery isn’t potential when. so increasing the network life
time by decreasing the energy consumption of all the detector
nodes and leveling energy consumption of each node ar the
most challenges within the analysis of the routing protocols
in WSNs. during this paper, associate Energy consumption
clump for wireless detector networks victimization Hybrid Firefly
algorithm is enforced at the base station. A cost value operate
has been outlined to reduce the intra-cluster distance to optimize
the energy consumption of the network. The performance is
compared with the previous protocols LEACH (Low Energy
adaptive clustering Hierarchy) and PSO-C (Centralized Particle
Swarm Optimization).
