In UWSN, during data gathering and scheduling, there may be buffer overflow and delay related issues. In this paper, we propose to design an Optimal Visiting Tour Scheduling for Mobile Data Gathering in UWSN. Initially, clusters are formed and cluster head is selected. After that, the courier nodes are deployed into the clusters for collecting the aggregated data from the CH. The visiting tour of each courier node is scheduled based on the Decisional Welzl’s algorithm. By simulation results, it is show that the proposed technique minimizes the buffer overflow, energy consumption, and delay.
