Analysis of Motion Mapping Relation of Circuit Breaker Drive Circuit

Kinematical nonlinear mapping relations between the spring operating mechanism output and the circuit breaker Interrupter contacts movement were studied in this paper, with analysising and calculating of kinematics in circuit breaker drive circuit .The obtained results give an explanation of why some of errors exist in conventional method to test the circuit breaker mechanical properties, Circuit breaker transmission circuit quality optimization distribution method，and analyzes the kinematical impact of arcing chamber in driving mechanism exists manufacture and installation error，it lays the foundation of analysis for optimization of circuit breaker mechanical properties, optimization design of the entre circuit breaker drive circuit and its optimum design of cam in operation mechanism.
