A Service-Oriented Flexible Scheduling Algorithm

With the rapid growth of network applications and services, the current scheduling algorithm cannot dynamically provides the required resources which according to the type of service. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a Service-Oriented Flexible Scheduling Algorithm (SOFSA). And according to the performance requirements of the resources, the fuzzy clustering method is used to cluster the resources into different resource clusters in each resource level to form the mapping mechanism between the resources and tasks. According to different demands on resources, different services will choose different resource clusters to narrow the scope of selection, and to provide strong support for the service-oriented dynamic evolution mechanism. Finally, the simulation results show that the SOFSA algorithm can effectively reduce the communication traffic and makespan.
