Abstract: In this paper, starting from the background of Indian architecture, by listing the contrast between Indian and Southeast Asia architectural culture, which leads to the regional art performance of southeast Asia in modern architecture. And focus on the introduction of two kinds of regional modern architecture practice---the performance of new vernacular architecture and tropical regional modern architecture.
