In terms of four respects what are the scale of development, economic and demand, system input and information, the paper has constructed the comprehensive evaluation model of the logistics development level. Furthermore, it has made a quantitative and empirical analysis about the level of China's logistics development based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis used in R. At last, it has pointed out the obvious regional difference and suggestions in the modern development of logistics.
