aimed at solving the problem of the inaccuracy of evaluation results based on the current safety culture appraisal system, based on a strong connections between the contents of professional evaluation and the safety culture evaluation,this work proposed a way to improve the safety culture evaluation in terns of the perspective of professional evaluation, and established a model for improve the safety culture evaluation.meanwhile,taking the results from professional evaluation as for safety culture evaluation index can effectively enhance the accuracy of safety culture evaluation and have the advantages of multidimensionality, comprehensiveness, large-sample as well ashigh efficiency.
