Study on the Development of Cross-Regional Industrial-University-Cooperative Innovation Based on Patent Data

The study uses authorized universities and enterprise cooperative patents data to analyze the growth trend of the industry-university cooperative innovation in China and the changes of areas features in the development of cross-regional industry-university cooperative innovation. It finds that the development of industry-university cooperative innovation in China has gone through three stages, and regions industry-university cooperative innovation capability and performance have been continuously improved, and the regional innovation performance characteristics are obviously different.
