An Empirical Study of ERP Selection Evaluation System based on ANP

With the importance of information technology for enterprises in various industries growing, evaluation of ERP selection became an important issue. This paper constructs an ERP selection evaluation index system of four main indicators(functions, services, costs, and environments), and twelve secondary indicators. Considering with interaction existing in those indicators, this paper establishes the ANP model to deal with ERP selection. Finally, the model has been applied to an empirical example, and the result shows that the model has good feasibility.
