The Study of the Logistics Pattern and Risk Management System of the Cross-border E-commerce in the Silk Road Economic Belt

Under the leading of “the Belt and Road Initiatives” national strategy, cross-border e-commerce, which belongs to the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt, enjoys good prospects for development. A new logistics pattern for cross-border is gradually promoted by this industry, which is named Oversea Warehouse. However, due to the lack of the research about the business process of the oversea warehouse pattern, as well as the risk identification and solutions; besides, there are some significant risks including low accuracy of the market analysis, defectiveness of the storage control system, frequent change for the cross-border e-commerce policy, etc. therefore, the main intention is to recognize every units in the business process of oversea warehouse comprehensively and systematically from the supply chain perspective. Meanwhile, take positive solutions to deal with these risks, improving the relevant research concerning oversea warehouse logistics pattern in the Silk Road Economic Belt, thus provide practical guide opinions for “the Belt and Road Initiatives” strategy implementation.
