Management of China’s Mineral resources based on Circular Economy: take example of zinc ore

The conception of circular economy is very popular to use as a strategy to solve the problem of resource shortage. This paper is aim for putting the recycling strategy to evaluate the sustainable develop of zinc ore in China, using the history data since 2004 to 2014 and building System dynamic model to forecast the variety of sustainability of zinc ore, and point out the influence of consumption structure form 2015 to 2025. According to the scenario’s results, it is suggested that Chinese government should develop resource recycling economy and improve the recovery of zinc waste, in the meanwhile, establish the recycling pilot and complete recovery policy, also should increase reserves and implement international mergers and acquisitions.
