Introduction
BCI2017 will be held on September 21-23, 2017 at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering of the University “Saints Cyril and Methodius” of Skopje, one of the biggest universities in the region.
The organizing committee looks forward to welcoming you all to a fruitful conference with open discussions to promote high quality research and science. Full papers will be published in ACM Digital Library. Local proceedings will be available from CEUR-WS.

Original papers dealing with both theory and/or practical aspects of wide areas of ICT are solicited. The general areas of interest include all topics listed in the 2012 Revision of the ACM Computing Classification System:

- Networks
- Software engineering
- Theory of computation
- Mathematics of computing
- Information systems
- Human-centered computing
- Computing methodologies
- Applied computing
- Social and professional topics
Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the BCI 2017 Program Committee are announced. Submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee.
