Introduction
Automation 2017, the 14 International Conference on Automation Technology, will be held at Sun Yat-Sen University ( NSYSU ), Kaohsiung, Taiwan, R.O.C., Dec. 8-10, 2017. Organized by Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering of NSYSU and the Chinese Institute of Automation Engineers ( CIAE ), this biennial conference aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners in the broad area of automation technology to exchange their latest findings, foster new ideas, and promote fellowship. Papers with new research results on all aspects of automation are encouraged for submission.
