International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Information Technology (MCIT-2010)

We invite you to participate in the International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Information Technology (MCIT-2010) conducted by the Department of Computer Science, College of Sciences, University of Sharjah, U.A.E. MCIT will be an international forum, aiming to promote the Information Technology and Multimedia Computing by bringing together leading researchers, academics, and practitioners to present the state-of-the-art advancements in their field. MCIT seeks original papers that will advance the state of the art in the field, and foster an increased interaction and cooperation between academics, business and engineering communities. MCIT will be hosted by the Department of Computer Science(DCS), University of Sharjah(UoS). The University of Sharjah is renowned as one of the finest academic institutions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well as in the Middle East. DCS @ Uos is the first department to offer M.S. degree in Computer Science in UAE. Sharjah is the third largest of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which also comprises the emirate of Dubai. Sharjah is an emirate of contrasts where visitors can enjoy a holiday in the sun or the sandy beaches, discover traditional markets (souks) or visit modern shopping malls, explore the many heritage sites and and museums, admire the majestic mosques, stroll around the lagoons, and experience the natural beauty of true Arabian deserts, mountains and seas.
