Introduction
GRCon is the annual GNU Radio conference, first held in 2011. It has grown in size every year, and we expect 2017 to be our biggest conference, yet. With a stellar program and engaging events, our attendees report an extremely high satisfaction level year after year. In the GRCon16 Attendee Survey, 53% of conference attendees rated the conference as an overall five-out-of-five, and 42% rated it as a four-out-of-five.
GRCon17 will continue many of the successful program aspects from previous years, and add some new items, as well.

Papers to be included in the proceedings must grant The GNU Radio Foundation permission to include them in distribution of the proceedings through both physical and electronic mediums. We do not require copyright assignment, but do require authors grant us a non-exclusive right to distribute their work.
