Introduction

The purpose of the 14th Congress on Knowledge Management is to create the opportunity for academics and researchers worldwide to connect and share their recent findings in all aspects - methodological, conceptual, applied or theoretical - in management fields, regarding new trends and approaches in the context of a knowledge based management.
