Joint Meeting of the 9th ANRRC International Meeting and International Microbiome Workshop

On behalf of Joint Meeting of the 9th ANRRC International Meeting and International Microbiome Workshop Organizing Committee, it is our privilege to invite you to the workshop, September 20-22, 2017, in Beijing, China. We are honored to host this event, for the 2nd time (3rd ANRRC Meeting, and now the 9th), and look forward to welcoming our friends and colleagues from Asia and some other countries and areas. 

This joint meeting will consist of plenary lectures, 10 scientific sessions and poster presentations. The scientific sessions will cover all aspects of research resource management; from collection to standardization for quality assurance. Also there will be 2017 Sino-Micro Symposium on microbiome and a China-Korea joint seminar on hydrobiological resources.

Starting in 2009, ANRRC has achieved great success with the leadership of Prof. Yeonhee Lee and Dr. Yuichi Obata, the first two presidents of ANRRC. Currently, the ANRRC membership counts as 15 countries and 106 institutions. ANRRC has been successfully sponsored 8 conferences. These conferences and other ANRRC activities have effectively prompted the sharing of knowledge on research resources (microbe, plant, animal, and human materials) and methodology, as well as promoting the advancements of science and technology. 

While attending the joint meeting in Beijing, we hope that you feel completely at home. We hope that you will take the opportunity to socialize and network with new acquaintances, and build upon those relationships which have already been established to sustain our collaboration.
