Introduction

The International Conference on Telecommunication Systems Services and Applications (TSSA) is an annual conference series that co-organized by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), School of Electrical, Computer Telecommunications Engineering, and endorsed by the IEEE Indonesia Section.

The 11th International Conference on Telecommunication Systems Services and Applications (TSSA 2017) offers researchers and practitioners from universities and industries around the world opportunities to discuss and exchange their scientific and technological research result in the fields of information and telecommunication, services, applications, and networking.

For this year, TSSA will be co-organized by and take place in Bali. The proceedings of TSSA 2011, TSSA 2012, TSSA 2014, TSSA 2015, and TSSA 2016 have been uploaded to the IEEE Xplore (In 2013 we did not organize TSSA event). For this year, accepted and presented papers will be included in the proceeding of TSSA 2017 and submitted to the IEEE Xplore.
